The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Process vendor invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain banking records.
• Support VAT filings, audits, and financial reporting.
• Assist the Finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate development sector.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is an advantage.
• Preferred Certifications: ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
