You will work directly with high-level client-serving professionals (partners / principals, executive directors, senior managers, and managers) to drive project management and engagement coordination for EY’s key account client-serving teams. Your role will focus on enhancing efficiencies and reducing the time to deliver services to clients, while maintaining professional standards.
Your key responsibilities
You’ll likely balance your time between project management and analytics. You will also audit and manage budgets, expenses, compliance, and due diligence.
Skills and attributes for success
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications; provide status updates to improve service delivery
- Develop a strong knowledge of the service line, engagement, EY’s structure, key personnel, and policies/procedures
- Act as the knowledge manager for the engagement team, managing internal databases and portals for global team communication and strategy coordination
- Take ownership of engagement economics (hours, budgets, estimates, fees, billings, WIP spreadsheets), collaborating to resolve issues
- Work with the account, business development, and resource management teams to meet goals
- Coordinate risk management processes, including engagement letters, client continuance, independence, family tree, preapprovals, and regulatory requirements
To qualify for the role you must have
- Strong data analytics and Excel skills (pivot tables)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal, listening, influencing, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze relevant data and develop practical solutions
- A creative and curious approach to solving complex challenges, leveraging internal tools and resources
- A results-oriented mindset to improve engagement economics and related financial metrics

Ideally, you’ll also have
