Job description

• Supervise asset, liability, and capital account entries by reviewing and interpreting account information in Oracle to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise Oracle closing and resolve technical issues.
• Review financial transactions by checking the supporting documents to ensure compliance with policy.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information for the Finance Manager.
• Review payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Make sure all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines.
• Review all accounts payable requests from departments to ensure validity and support with approvals; process payables and update records.
• Assists the Senior Accountant to resolve discrepancies in invoice and payments Audit income and billing informations for Finance Manager’s review and approval
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
