As an Account Manager in our Account Management "Travel Sellers" team, you will report to our Strategic Accounts Director, working directly with Travel Agencies or Travel Management Companies using TP Connects solutions. The role will focus on the following missions:
- Enhancing the relationship with our main customers through account management activities with robust deliverables, streamlined communication, and transparent interactions.
- Following up on delivery from the Product and Engineering teams to update customers on project/delivery progress in a timely manner.
- Collecting and transposing new requirements from customers and developing our business by unlocking new opportunities (scope extension, additional features, feature upgrades, new projects).
The successful candidate will join our international team, mainly based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with various customer stakeholders
- Ensuring regular customer touchpoints or interactions (meetings and calls)
- Anticipating needs for relationship improvement
- Creating a yearly plan with a mapping of projects and opportunities
- Collaborating with other departments: Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers to enhance TP Connects delivery or extend its scope within customer organizations
- Working on customer retention and sales opportunities to develop up-selling and cross-selling strategies
- Creating and presenting regular deliverables/reports to customers (QBRs, project updates, financial statements)
- Resolving issues encountered by customer stakeholders swiftly
- Tracking and supervising all communication between the customer and TP Connects
- Analyzing customer data to leverage relationship management
Project Management:
- Understanding client needs and translating them into requirements
- Tracking projects with the delivery team through dashboards
- Monitoring bugs and outages requiring documentation
- Preparing communication and deliverables related to project delivery for stakeholders
- Updating customers on releases during development cycles
Others:
- Marketing for IRIS customers: Release milestones, case studies, client testimonials
- Partnering with Sales for prospecting and onboarding new IRIS customers
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Administration); Master’s degree preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proven experience in the industry (GDS, Airlines, NDC, Hotels, Tourism, Travel Agencies, Travel Management companies)
- Basic project management skills
- Knowledge of tools: MS Office, Jira, Confluence (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate internally
- Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and industry events
