Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Account Manager (Thai) to join a leading content provider in the iGaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing top-tier accounts, driving growth, and building long-term relationships with key clients. Fluency in Thai and English is essential, along with prior experience in the iGaming industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive and maximize revenue from assigned clients through proactive relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Casino Directors, Owners, Heads of Operations, CRM, and Marketing teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand each client’s business needs and strategic drivers.
  • Monitor and interpret user feedback to inform internal product development discussions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions relevant to online gambling operators.
  • Provide regular updates and KPI reports to the Head of Account Management.
The Successful Candidate:
  • Proactive self-starter with strong social and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success within the iGaming industry.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a confident approach to handling top-tier clients.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Professional, problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
