Job description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager with a strong background in technology communications to join a leading PR agency in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of the tech media landscape in the GCC, and a track record of managing B2B and B2C technology clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the day-to-day lead on multiple tech client accounts, ensuring strategic planning, flawless execution, and client satisfaction.
2. Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns across earned, shared, and owned channels.
3. Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content aligned with clients' objectives.
4. Maintain strong media relations with top-tier technology journalists and influencers across the GCC.
5. Lead client meetings, status calls, and presentations, offering proactive counsel and strategic insights.
6. Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and media teams to drive campaign performance and innovation.
7. Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using media monitoring and analytics tools.
8. Support senior leadership with new business proposals and pitch development.

Requirements:

1. 4-6 years of experience in PR or communications, focusing on technology clients.
2. Agency background preferred; in-house corporate communications within the tech sector is a plus.
3. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong media relations with UAE and regional tech press.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, timelines, and budgets effectively.
6. Proficient in media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) and social media platforms.
7. A proactive, solutions-oriented communicator with a strategic mindset.
