Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Account Manager – Social Media Led to lead our multi-brand automotive client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on juggling multiple brands, leading content-driven campaigns, managing client relationships, and guiding cross-functional teams through the entire content and campaign lifecycle. The candidate should bring both strategic acumen and hands-on social media expertise, while also mentoring junior team members and ensuring best-in-class execution across all touchpoints.

Key Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of account management experience within an advertising/digital/social agency (preferably with automotive or multi-brand experience).
Strong social media marketing knowledge, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale content calendars and digital campaigns.
Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members, ensuring output quality and team development.
Proven ability to manage multiple brands, fast-paced timelines, and high-pressure environments.
Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong eye for creative detail and understanding of what makes content resonate on each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration including with creative, strategy, production, and analytics teams.
Experience attending and overseeing on-ground shoots, activations, and events, with flexibility during evenings/weekends.
