GOOSE is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious aviation partner for an Account Manager – Private Jets to join a fast-paced, elite commercial team in Dubai. This role offers the chance to lead high-value transactions, build trusted client relationships, and manage end-to-end private jet charter operations on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, and strategic networking
  • Present bespoke private jet solutions tailored to client travel needs and preferences
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for VIP and corporate clients
  • Maintain detailed records on client preferences, quotes, and service history
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences before, during, and after each flight
  • Prepare accurate flight quotations and manage the entire booking process
  • Coordinate with aircraft operators, ground services, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure contracts, payments, and documentation are completed accurately and on time

Market Analysis

  • Monitor aviation trends and pricing data
  • Support strategic planning and service development based on market demand

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in private aviation, luxury travel, or charter brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft types, charter logistics, and sales cycles
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships at a senior level
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
  • Professional, polished, and confident in engaging VIP clients
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate; international travel required
