We are seeking a strong Account Manager to drive the success and continued growth of Amazon Advertising, including Twitch. Amazon Advertising solutions—including sponsored, display, video, and custom ads—leverage Amazon’s rich insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. These solutions help businesses build brand awareness, drive product consideration, increase sales, and more.

We’re looking for a results-oriented Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our Non-Endemic advertisers (brands that do not sell on Amazon), educating them, and helping to solve ambiguous business problems, mitigating risks before they become roadblocks. Agency or Ads experience is mandatory, with experience covering brand and performance campaigns, tracking, and strategy. As an Account Manager, you will manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve targets. You will nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from your portfolio of advertisers. You’ll analyze data to understand trends, communicate the “why” behind results, and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll leverage Amazon’s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, influencing both your internal team and your external customers to help them reach their business goals. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Creative, Insights, and Product teams. Key job responsibilities

  • Become a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising solutions
  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers
  • Drive deals to closure in a new business environment
  • Develop annual media strategies for growth based on advertiser goals and objectives
  • Develop campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations
  • Evaluate success metrics and optimize campaign performance using data
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategies
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and strategies to improve results
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and other Amazon teams to drive revenue and increase satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM tools to track account information and sales progress

Basic qualifications

  • Relevant agency/media experience in a client-facing role, including brand and performance media and strategic planning
  • Experience in programmatic display/video marketing
  • Adept at solving problems spanning business and technology
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven proficiency in English (verbal and written); Arabic skills are preferred

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing, analytics, or similar roles
  • Experience in UAE and/or KSA markets
  • Programmatic strategy and implementation experience
