Account Manager - Marketplace Business Development

Job Overview
As an Account Manager at Souq.com (an Amazon company), you will lead business acquisition and growth efforts for high-potential sellers in the UAE marketplace. Your work will involve identifying new sellers, onboarding them, and driving their long-term success through consultative support and performance analytics. This role is highly analytical, strategic, and customer-obsessed, with the opportunity to shape category performance and seller partnerships in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, recruit, and onboard new sellers with high growth potential
* Manage a portfolio of selling partners in the PC and Electronics categories
* Provide sellers with data-driven insights to help them improve pricing, catalog quality, and delivery standards
* Develop and implement growth plans aligned with Amazon s input/output KPIs
* Track key metrics, conduct performance deep-dives, and develop action plans to improve seller outcomes
* Serve as the voice of the seller to improve tools, services, and processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, category managers, and technical teams
* Promote adoption of Amazon's tools and services among third-party sellers

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s degree
* Minimum 1 year of sales, account management, or business development experience
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to influence senior decision-makers within seller organizations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry
* Proven ability to manage and scale multiple seller accounts
* Comfort with data analysis and performance reporting tools
