Role Summary

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities that increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Provide excellent service and support to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure client catalogs are up to date.
  • Optimize vendor content (MOA, delivery time).
  • Renegotiate commission rates and renew existing contacts.
  • Manage advertisement sales, including brand menus, restaurant branding, banners, and newsletters.
  • Generate food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from vendors.
  • Encourage brand promotion through Talabat pictures.
  • Optimize transmission methods by convincing clients/vendors to implement features like track order and WLA.
  • Promote digitalization (backlinks, splash pages, white-label, Facebook button).
  • Encourage vendors to subscribe to online payment gateways.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure their active status on Talabat and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, closed sales, follow-ups, expenses, presentations, meetings, and contracts.
