What Youll Do

As an Account Manager, youll be the key contact for our clients most important customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience with their Legal Tech solutions. Your role will focus on:

  • Building & nurturing client relationships to drive engagement.
  • Educating customers to enhance their digital legal processes.
  • Identifying up-selling & cross-selling opportunities to grow the business.
  • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to strategize account expansion.
  • Tracking & analyzing customer success data to drive improvements.
What You Need
  • 7+ years of SaaS experience (Account Management/Management Consulting).
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities.
  • Tech-savvy (Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, CLM software).
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
