- Execute direct sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share in the assigned segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new market segments for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Sell the entire portfolio of GCG solutions, including Cybersecurity, Smart Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, and GCG Offered Solutions & Services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships across various industries.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and establish a professional consultative relationship.
- Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate the best deals.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
- Execute detailed account-level plans set by Sales, providing accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Report on sales activities, including presentations, meetings, and closed deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Look for opportunities to grow existing client relationships by offering additional products and services that match their evolving needs.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring that agreements align with company policies while meeting client expectations.
- Close deals and ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences when needed to network and expand brand awareness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation) are a plus
Additional Information
At least 5+ years of proven sales experience within IT Solutions, Managed Services, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a solid track record in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the IT solutions landscape, including Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, and Managed & Services.
- Ability to articulate and simplify technical offerings to clients and partners effectively.
- Experience in solution selling, managed services and consultative sales approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to drive profitable deals.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented individual with the ability to work under pressure.
