Job description

The Account Manager - Hospitality is responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the hospitality sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, coordinating service delivery, and supporting sales objectives. Operating in line with UAE hospitality industry standards, the Account Manager works closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver value-driven services that align with client expectations and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing a portfolio of hospitality clients, building strong relationships, and serving as their main point of contact.
  2. Understanding each client’s business needs and recommending solutions that align with service capabilities and objectives.
  3. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  4. Preparing proposals, conducting client presentations, and supporting contract negotiations.
  5. Monitoring account performance, usage trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for upselling or service improvement.
  6. Resolving client issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  7. Supporting sales and business development activities by identifying leads within existing accounts.
  8. Preparing regular reports on account status, KPIs, and client feedback for senior management.
  9. Staying updated on market trends and UAE hospitality developments to provide relevant insights to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or client servicing within the hospitality or service industry.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple clients, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
  4. Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market, trends, and operational standards.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  8. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
