Role: Account Manager (FTC 12 months) with Arabic & English

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the role:

OLIVER is a global marketing agency with skilled creative talents dedicated to high-profile clients, working onsite, near-site, or offsite in our hubs. Since 2015, we have built multiple teams for our client, spanning production to toolkit creation, and are now embarking on our biggest venture: building a centralized adaptation global team. This team will support our client's global markets with localized content across eCommerce, social media, print, and retail content, serving as a bespoke global adaptation agency.

The Dubai Account Manager will develop strong relationships with local clients, becoming a trusted advisor and delivery specialist. Reporting to the Jr. Account Director, this role involves overseeing in-market campaigns, understanding cultural nuances, and driving creative and operational excellence across categories like Originals, Football, and Running.

What you will be doing:
  • Understand brand importance and work within brand guidelines, providing tailored solutions through close partnership with key markets.
  • Experience with global creative toolkits, market adaptations, and localizations.
  • Manage local client engagement and relationships proactively.
  • Coordinate project management through the full lifecycle, including brief analysis, meetings, escalation, and resource management.
  • Lead and motivate teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct account meetings, monitor service levels, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop concepts that incorporate local nuances.
  • Work with global stakeholders, providing insightful feedback to connect global and local teams.
  • Partner with production and creative teams from brief to execution.
  • Have a background in production with strong delivery experience, understanding high-volume adaptation processes.
  • Build relationships with agencies, ensuring timely delivery from creative agencies, media agencies, and printers.
  • Possess a passion for sport and the client’s brand.
  • Ideally, have experience in retail environments, both online and offline.
Additional responsibilities:
  • Manage individual and project workloads, identifying challenges and risks, and working with the Jr. Account Director on mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrate executional rigor, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Translate complex material into engaging stories and content for target audiences.
  • Present and communicate ideas effectively to clients.
  • Experience with retail and sports products across Paid Media, Digital & Programmatic, Print, Social, OOH, and Production.
