Account Manager - E-Commerce Sales and Business Development

Job Overview
As an E-Commerce Account Manager at Amazon, you will play a key role in growing the third-party marketplace across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role combines sales strategy, business development, and account optimization to drive performance for Amazon s selling partners. Using strong analytical and consultative skills, you will evaluate new seller opportunities, help launch their catalogs, and support ongoing success through insights, coaching, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new sellers, guiding them through onboarding to successful catalog launches
* Act as a strategic advisor to sellers, providing performance insights and best practices to increase sales
* Analyze data to spot trends, gaps, and growth opportunities within assigned seller portfolios
* Collaborate across internal teams to improve tools, processes, and seller experience
* Track performance metrics, provide reporting, and create strategic action plans for selling partners
* Educate partners on Amazon policies, fulfillment solutions, customer experience expectations, and growth tools

Job Requirements

* 3+ years experience in account management, sales, or business development
* Bachelor s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar field
* Proven ability to analyze data and solve business problems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced retail environments in the GCC
* Background in beauty, personal care, or similar consumer goods categories
* Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Salesforce, or Oracle Business Intelligence
* Master s degree in Business, Management, or related field
