Role
  • Responsible for creating and delivering campaigns, projects, and annual activities for clients, with a particular focus on digital expertise.
  • Serves as the day-to-day manager in executing communications plans on select accounts.
  • Independently supervises junior team members.
  • Regularly leads small new business pitches or collaborates on larger ones.
  • Ensures best-in-class quality of digital work and supports an integrated culture across UAE teams, working with practice areas.
  • Supervises junior staff and content production to deliver high-quality work.

  • Supervises junior staff daily; acts as a key liaison between junior and senior staff.

  • Develops and delivers client training as needed.
  • Oversees quality control and obtains necessary approvals.
  • Manages accounts independently.
  • Demonstrates understanding of clients' businesses and proactively resolves issues.
  • Builds client trust by meeting deadlines and providing trusted advice.
  • Confidently presents ideas and strategies.
  • Shows creative and strategic thinking.
  • Serves as a liaison between clients and regional offices.
Business Acumen
  • Understands client contracts and manages deliverables.
  • Manages financial aspects of client and team commitments.
  • Identifies opportunities for incremental business growth.
