Job description

Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities that increase revenue, profitability, and market share.

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and restaurants.

Provide excellent service and support to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients/restaurants and the company.

Ensure client menus are always up to date.

Optimize restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time).

Renegotiate commission rates by renewing existing contacts and offers.

Advertisement sales: Acquire and maintain pictures from brand menus, brand Talabat stickers at restaurants, banners, and newsletters.

Generate food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing restaurants.

Convince clients/restaurants to promote Talabat branding visually.

Optimize transmission methods by encouraging clients/restaurants to implement track order features and switch to WLA.

Promote digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button).

Encourage restaurants to subscribe to online payment gateways.

Coordinate with restaurants to ensure their active presence on Talabat, resolving issues like shutdowns or stop deliveries.

Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including:

  • Closed sales
  • Follow-up activities
  • Sales increases after promotions, vouchers, and coupons
  • Account management reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or holding the same title.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to develop solutions.
  • Residency in or relocation to Al Ain is required.
