The team :

As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants. Beyond providing best-in-class support, we act as restaurant consultants, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants grow. Our Account Management team owns and manages restaurant relationships. We are passionate, dynamic, and collaborative, working well together and across departments. We are also personable and excel at building exceptional relationships.

What you will be doing :

  • Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most important restaurants, including high sales volume drivers and global brands.
  • Own relationships with key stakeholders in the restaurant industry.
  • Analyze data to drive growth and profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing and Operations to implement new initiatives.

What skills you'll need :

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized with excellent teamwork qualities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
