Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth across all company products.
- Manage professional account management activities.
- Drive sales of emerging products and promote multi-product sales.
- Enhance seminar presentation skills.
- Implement proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
- Utilize sales support effectively and appropriately.
- Be actively involved in sales efforts, including on-site and off-site meetings, seeking new leads, and upselling to ensure revenue and sales growth.
- Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service.
- Contact clients by phone to arrange meetings.
- Meet with clients to understand their business and Telecom/IT strategies.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Manage a team of account executives.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecom, or Sales and Marketing.
- MBA in business, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of eight to ten years in IT and Telecom Services sales with a proven track record.
- At least three years experience in selling to Key Accounts (Top 100 accounts).
