Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  1. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
  2. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth across all company products.
  3. Manage professional account management activities.
  4. Drive sales of emerging products and promote multi-product sales.
  5. Enhance seminar presentation skills.
  6. Implement proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
  7. Utilize sales support effectively and appropriately.
  8. Be actively involved in sales efforts, including on-site and off-site meetings, seeking new leads, and upselling to ensure revenue and sales growth.
  9. Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service.
  10. Contact clients by phone to arrange meetings.
  11. Meet with clients to understand their business and Telecom/IT strategies.
  12. Achieve sales targets.
  13. Manage a team of account executives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecom, or Sales and Marketing.
  • MBA in business, sales, or marketing is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of eight to ten years in IT and Telecom Services sales with a proven track record.
  • At least three years experience in selling to Key Accounts (Top 100 accounts).
