Your main objective will be to manage customer relationships within the region. The main responsibilities of the position include:
Customer Relationship
- Ensure long-term relationships with your portfolio of clients.
- Manage customer performance according to signed contracts.
- Coordinate, conduct, and lead client meetings.
- Handle economic outstandings and customer reminders in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Reduce and resolve customer disputes.
- Conduct launch reviews of new contracts as needed.
- Develop activity on existing products and promote OEMServices on new products in partnership with the sales team.
- Assist in drafting sales contracts with the Sales department or supplier contracts with the Strategic Partnerships department.
- Coordinate technical files with customers as requested by the technical team and write operational procedures.
- Participate in developing customer offers if necessary.
- Contribute to defining the implementation of local resources such as logistics centers or customer representation.
- Manage modification campaigns in coordination with the technical team, if applicable.
- Coordinate logistics flows with all stakeholders to meet objectives.
- Report and escalate issues when necessary to your direct and cross-functional managers (e.g., General Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Finance).
Regulation
- Coordinate quality feedback and improvement actions with clients.
- Monitor disputes with the quality team.
Customs
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations under the guidance of the Customs manager.
- Support environmental initiatives by adhering to internal processes and promoting awareness, especially regarding waste sorting.
