Job Description
Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Lead discovery calls to capture event objectives, tech needs, and stand design requirements.
- Present concepts, timelines, and budgets; handle scope changes diplomatically.
- Lead the pitching stage with the support of the Technical Director and the Art Director
- Lead the content mock up stage with the support of the design team.
- Oversee internal deadlines, updates, and changes from the client during the development stage.
- Align deliverables with venue regulations (e.g., Dubai World Trade Centre) and exhibition deadlines.
- Arrange on-site rehearsals, oversee stand build-up/tear-down, quality test all tech integrations (RFID, AR/VR, LED walls, etc.)
- Be able to multi-task multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time

Required Qualifications
- 3 5 yrs in account or project management within events tech, experiential marketing, or exhibition stand production.
- Proven track record delivering complex, tech-heavy projects (apps, interactive games, holograms, etc.)
Skills And Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. PMP or Prince2 a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Account Manager) are a plus.
