Job description


We are seeking a polished and experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our high-net-worth (HNW) clientele. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. You will serve as a trusted advisor, managing the full lifecycle of corporate services including company formation, bank accounts, renewals, and compliance, while identifying opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the dedicated point of contact for HNW clients, ensuring exceptional service and end-to-end oversight across company formation, residency, and ongoing compliance matters.
• Manage complex and time-sensitive client requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Handle license renewals and proactively monitor deadlines, ensuring timely processing and minimal disruption to clients.
• Coordinate directly with relevant government and free zone authorities to expedite processes and resolve issues on behalf of clients.
• Prepare compliance documentation and liaise with internal compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory accuracy and privacy standards.
• Provide tailored guidance on corporate structures, banking options, and associated costs, based on each client s unique requirements.
• Issue tax invoices and maintain organized financial documentation in both digital and physical formats, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships by anticipating client needs, offering relevant add-on services, and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with internal revenue goals and client interests.
Requirements
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of account management experience, ideally servicing HNW clients or within luxury/professional services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with demanding or high-profile clients.
• Strong understanding of UAE corporate structures, free zones, and business setup processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a refined and confident client-facing presence.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision and discretion.
• Commercial mindset with experience identifying opportunities for client engagement and account expansion.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards; comfort working with sensitive data.
• Background or certification in compliance, financial services, or international business is an advantage.
• Multilingual candidates and those with UAE market experience are strongly preferred.
