A leading e-commerce company in Dubai seeks a Business Development professional to drive new partner acquisition and optimize seller performance on its marketplace. The role requires strong analytical and relationship-building skills, providing insights and support to enhance partner success while managing a diverse portfolio of sellers.
Working in a dynamic business development environment, your role will focus on contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, phone/email-based business evaluation, and supporting the launch of new sellers as they make their products available to Amazon customers. You will need strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explore win-win opportunities with partners to help them grow their business on Amazon. Additionally, you will incorporate feedback from sellers to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools for third-party sellers, working with cross-functional teams.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. You will operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously and taking full responsibility for achieving business objectives.
