About the role

As an Account Manager at RX Global, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and creating meaningful connections with our customers for the Airport Show. Your mission will be to understand their unique needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value. With a focus on value-based selling, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through our world-class events and market-leading digital tools.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Growth :
    • Create and execute sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
    • Use data to guide decisions and understand client performance.
    • Sell event participation, digital products, sponsorships, and branding.
  2. Client Engagement :
    • Be a trusted advisor, sharing industry knowledge.
    • Engage clients in person and digitally, understanding their needs.
    • Develop proposals, showcase event value, and negotiate contracts.
    • Use data to highlight event benefits and find new opportunities.
  3. New Business :
    • Attract new companies to events.
    • Attend industry events to gather insights and build relationships.
    • Collaborate with marketing to attract and respond to leads.
    • Identify and engage potential exhibitors and sponsors.
  4. Performance & Development :
    • Accurately record customer interactions in Salesforce.
    • Maintain a reliable sales pipeline.
    • Seek new solutions and take risks.
    • Identify training needs and seek feedback for improvement.
  5. Industry Expertise :
    • Monitor trends and customer feedback to drive innovation.
    • Stay updated on trends and technologies, representing RX Global at events.
