Job description
  • Do routine accounting work (in Zoho books & Tally) including VAT filing.
  • Maintain all records properly.
  • Maintaining & managing inventory (across various locations like company's warehouses, marketplace warehouses etc), including monitoring of Out Of Stock items.
  • Will be responsible for documentation pertaining to export/import.
  • Apt in handling cross-border compliances.
  • General HR/Admin related work like attendance management, preparing salaries, employee records etc.
  • Balance Sheet preparation and finalization.
  • VAT Return & Corporate Tax Returns.
  • Accounts reconciliation with marketplaces.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge about E-Commerce accounting is essential.

We are looking for a candidate who is well versed with Zoho Books & Zoho inventory. Knowledge about accounting, VAT compliances, import-export documentation etc. is essential.

Any candidate with past or current work experience in UAE market would be given preference.
