The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage major client relationships and drive the delivery of high-impact campaigns and events across the GCC. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on project coordination and is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, creative environments and has experience navigating large-scale activations, particularly for government or institutional clients.
You’ll act as the key link between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication, efficient execution, and results that exceed expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Partnership: Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, fostering trust and delivering solutions that align with their vision and objectives.
- Campaign & Event Delivery: Lead the execution of integrated campaigns and event initiatives from start to finish — ensuring they land on time, within scope, and with measurable success.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams across production, creative, strategy, and finance to ensure a cohesive project workflow.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and cost tracking across all project stages, ensuring commercial efficiency and transparency.
- Pitch Development: Support new business efforts by developing proposals and pitch decks, collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling offers.
- Results & Reporting: Deliver regular insights and performance updates to clients with a focus on metrics, outcomes, and future opportunities.
- Business Growth: Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and work alongside the commercial team to pitch additional services.
- Problem Solving: Tackle issues head-on and manage challenges before they escalate — delivering clear, confident solutions.
- Contractual & Legal Adherence: Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal standards across all client engagements.
- Team Guidance: Mentor junior team members, encouraging development, ownership, and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, ideally within experiential, creative, or marketing agencies
- Direct involvement in managing complex campaigns and large-scale events
- Experience working with government or high-profile institutional clients in the region
- Solid understanding of budgeting, timelines, and resource management
- Strong skills in project management, strategic planning, and proposal writing
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver under pressure
- Confident communicator, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh or Dubai
