Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Social Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with SocialEyez's overall marketing and business objectives, blending brand messaging with tactical campaigns to maximize impact.
- Content Creation & Production: Utilize strong storytelling skills to create engaging and visually appealing content (videos, photos, graphics) that resonates with our target audience. Ability to shoot and edit content on-the-go using mobile devices or available tools.
- Real-Time Social Engagement: Act swiftly to create and capitalize on trending content, ensuring our brand remains relevant and at the forefront of social conversations.
- Event Management & On-Ground Coverage: Plan, manage, and execute social media coverage for events, including live updates, real-time content creation, and audience engagement. Ensure seamless integration of event-related content into the overall social strategy.
- Large-Scale Event Management: Coordinate and oversee social media strategy for large-scale events, ensuring effective coverage and engagement while managing logistics and on-the-ground execution.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies on social media, handling sensitive situations with professionalism and maintaining brand reputation.
- Client & Influencer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their goals with our social media strategies. Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with brand values and objectives.
- Community Management: Actively engage with followers and audiences across platforms, fostering a positive and interactive community environment.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance using data and insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in engagement and growth metrics.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with creative, marketing, and event teams to ensure all social content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Bring innovative ideas to the table and be willing to experiment with new content formats and styles.
- Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to ensure SocialEyez maintains a competitive edge.

- Ensuring each team member is trained when joining the business but also offers ongoing training and support throughout
- Developing effective strategies for each client following the company’s strategy outline and ensuring strategies are creative and innovative
- Ensuring the team has completed documentation in place for each client in line with the company’s policies
- Ensuring the team is delivering regular insights to their clients
- Meeting clients regularly & working towards maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Reviewing the monthly client reports from the team
- Regularly initiating new highly strategic, innovative & creative campaign ideas for clients
- Research top influences, competitors and trends in clients’ industry
- Create timely and engaging content plans optimized for platform used and intended audience
- Set guidelines for team members including community managers/customer service
- Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
- Conceptualize engaging and professional visuals with creative team / and content with copywriters, that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.
- Continuously brainstorm for new campaigns and ideas with team members
- Approving all quarterly client activation plans & suggested campaign ideas
- Work towards bringing more leads and upselling
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive social media strategies that align with client objectives and maximize engagement.
- Serve as the main liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and updates to advise clients proactively and incorporate innovative tactics into campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports and analytics to demonstrate campaign success and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign results, discuss upcoming initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure content excellence and alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within an agency or brand environment, with a track record of successful social campaigns.
- Expertise in content creation, including videography, photography, and mobile editing.
- Strong experience in event management, on-ground social coverage, and crisis management.
- Excellent understanding of influence management and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their unique audiences and algorithms.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen sense for what content will engage and resonate.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with online communities, clients, and influencers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to content strategy.
