Job description

Work for a reputed IT services organization that has been in the market for the last 3 decades and is growing rapidly across the GCC. Our client values an exciting culture and work-life balance. The organization has been expanding globally and aims to meet and exceed client expectations.

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role reporting to the Sales Director. The position can be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the operational aspects of the business, including financials, budgets, and targets.
  2. Updating clients on project progress.
  3. Building new business cases for IT solutions and infrastructure.
  4. Focusing on increasing brand awareness.
  5. Product pricing and margin management.
  6. Identifying potential opportunities and streamlining processes.
  7. Delegating responsibilities and ensuring efficient office operations.
  8. Managing attendance, expenses, and performance.

The candidate will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi but we will consider candidates willing to relocate.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 5 years of account management experience with IT infrastructure and solutions.
  • Exceptional account management skills.
  • Arabic-speaking skills are mandatory.
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of CRM systems are highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
