Role: Project / Account Manager (Social Media)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Client: Confidential Agency – seconded role within a major government entity

Salary: AED 18,000–20,000 per month

Start Date: August 2025 (Immediate or 1-month notice preferred)

About the Role

I'm working exclusively with a boutique consultancy who act as strategic lead across a portfolio of high-profile government clients in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to second a highly organised, Arabic-speaking Project Manager into one of their key government accounts.

This is not your typical PM role — it's ideal for someone with a solid social media background, who thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments. You'll be embedded within the client's office and act as the operational bridge between internal departments, creative teams, influencers, and senior Emirati stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of social and content campaigns
  • Liaising between client stakeholders and creative/production teams
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Overseeing social content calendars and influencer rollouts (500+ posts over 6 months)
  • Supporting event activations and on-ground production where needed
  • Acting as the operational heartbeat of the team — driving clarity, structure, and communication

Who We're Looking For

  • Fluent Arabic speaker – this is essential due to the nature of the client
  • Strong background in social media, content delivery, or influencer-led campaigns
  • Experience working agency-side preferred but open to client-side if operationally strong
  • Comfortable working in an Abu Dhabi government office
  • Able to commute to Abu Dhabi daily (some hybrid flexibility possible – 1–2 days per week WFH)
  • Exceptional organisational skills – you'll be the glue holding everything together
  • Confident managing internal and external relationships and presenting ideas

Team & Structure

You’ll be part of a larger consultancy team that includes strategy, events, content, and influencer managers. While seconded into the client, you’ll have full support from the agency’s leadership and resources.
