What you'll do:

Join a team of fast, smart, and dedicated professionals driving major initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized restaurant partners.
  2. Maintaining excellent relationships with restaurant partners.
  3. Owning the full performance of your portfolio, including catalog accuracy, in-store operations, and growth initiatives, providing daily support across functions.
  4. Communicating and pitching platform-driven campaigns to partners.
  5. Sharing monthly reports and ensuring the success of your portfolio.
  6. Representing Noon Food positively in the marketplace.

What you'll need:

  1. At least 1 year of client management experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Hindi or Malayalam speakers preferred.
  3. A self-starter capable of achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
  4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
  5. Driving license (mandatory).
