Marsh McLennan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management/Broking Analyst II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a mix of account management and broking, providing quality advice and service to our clients regarding their insurance products and risk exposure. You will partner with the sales team to drive business growth and participate in all stages of solution delivery.
As an Account Management/Broking Analyst, you will have a few years of experience and will continue to develop your skills as an individual contributor. You will tackle problems effectively and ensure tasks are completed, often with guidance from senior team members.
We will count on you to:
- Provide exceptional service and advice to clients on insurance products and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and client retention.
- Assist in the development and delivery of tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate and timely.
- Analyze client risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice.
- Support senior team members in complex account management tasks and projects.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience in account management, broking, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance management software is a plus.
