Job description

Accountabilities

In this function, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our brands in your assigned markets across South East Asia. This includes the achievement of sales targets, the implementation of local Marketing measures and training of local partners.

Following responsibilities will be included in your role:

  • Ensure state-of-the-art brand presentation in the assigned territory
  • Implement overall brand strategy on the local level in close alignment with HQ
  • Develop mid-term plans together with local partners to significantly increase the business
  • Ensure ongoing reporting, sales & distribution analysis
  • Oversee sell-in and sell-out strategies with distributors and retail partners in key POS through retail activations, VM, and staff incentives.
  • Visit markets to secure distribution quality, train local staff and develop strong relationships
  • Support rollout of shop-in-shop, mono-brand or travel retail concepts where relevant.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation across markets.
  • Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g.: Marketing, Customer Service)
  • Impact product development by anticipating product trends
  • Gather market intelligence to support senior management decision making
  • Identify and propose new distributors and / or retail accounts in the assigned territory

Background and skills

To be successful in this position, you have 3-5 years’ experience within an international sales environment, ideally within the watch, the FMCG, the fashion and / or the accessories industry. You have solid skills in MS Excel and Power Point. You are business fluent in English, additional languages are considered a plus.

You are a fast learner as well as a proactive and reliable professional committed to achieving results and keeping deadlines. You have strong analytical skills and work in a structured way with a can-do attitude. You are a good team player with strong communication skills, able to interact easily with various stakeholders on different hierarchy levels. You demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Besides that, you continually track Sales metrics (Retail Sales, Market Share) and KPIs to ensure growth. You have knowledge of media advertising, competitive strategies and product marketing.
