This role involves developing innovative technology solutions and driving significant revenue growth across the MEA region. Qualifications

  • Experience in telco, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solutions and expand BytePlus business across the MEA region.
  2. Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) across MEA, with the ability to sell collaboratively.
  3. Execute Go-to-Market strategies and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities. Lead demand generation efforts and manage the entire sales process and customer journey, with a good understanding of BytePlus's products and solutions.
  4. Provide accurate reporting on sales activities and forecasts.
  5. Ensure smooth customer onboarding, drive full adoption and usage of our solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and experience in developing early markets and entering new markets with strong client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to influence stakeholders on complex business and technology topics.
  • Agile, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in English communication.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Background in computer science or engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in industries such as telco, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML; consultative or solution sales experience is a plus.
  • Rich resources and relationships with regional customers and partners, with proven track records. Deep understanding of sectors like gaming, eCommerce, media, social, etc. Additional language skills (Russian, Arabic, French) are highly desirable.
  • Experience or background in consulting is beneficial.
