What your day will look like
  • Achieve revenue targets on your territory (existing clients) by contacting clients and managing the sales cycle to close.
  • Work closely with the Presales team to assess prospect requirements and develop technical / commercial proposals.
  • Proactively manage and nurture existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support outbound campaigns and other marketing/lead‑generation initiatives.
What you need to fulfil the role
  • Outgoing, outcome‑driven and results‑oriented with high energy and drive; hungry to deliver results and a hunter mentality.
  • Persuasive – strong selling, high networking and negotiation skills.
  • ’Can do’ attitude, able to run autonomously, step out of your comfort zone.
  • Customer‑focused, constantly following up and motivating clients with a positive, flexible and problem‑solving attitude; prepared to travel.
  • Fluent in English and good in Arabic – both languages are compulsory.
  • Construction background is not mandatory but an obvious plus.
  • At least 2‑3 years of sales experience for SAAS solutions.
Recruitment process

After a discussion with HR/Recruitment in English, you will meet your future manager, then argue a case study with your future team. If successful, you will meet the Head of Sales of the Dubai/KSA Area. We target a fast recruitment process (from 2 to 3 weeks max).
