What your day will look like
  • Achieve revenue targets on your territory (existing clients) by contacting clients, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the Presales team to assess prospect requirements and develop technical and commercial proposals.
  • Proactively manage and nurture existing customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
What you need to fulfill the role
  • Outgoing, outcome-driven, results-oriented, energetic, hungry to deliver results with a hunter mentality.
  • Persuasive with strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Can-do attitude, autonomous, willing to step out of comfort zone.
  • Customer-focused, proactive in follow-up, positive, flexible, problem-solving, and willing to travel.
  • Fluent in English and good in Arabic — both are mandatory.
  • Construction background is a plus but not mandatory.
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience in SaaS solutions.
Recruitment process

Initial discussion with HR in English, followed by a meeting with your future manager, then a case study with the team. Successful candidates will meet the Head of Sales for Dubai/KSA. The process aims to be fast, within 2-3 weeks.
