Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to lead customer acquisition, strengthen partner engagement, and accelerate growth in the UAE and GCC markets. Reporting to the CEO, this role involves building a scalable sales infrastructure and fostering long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving sales initiatives and implementing scalable growth systems.
  2. Leveraging networks in Dubai’s real estate ecosystem to generate new business.
  3. Establishing foundations for long-term customer success.
  4. Shaping customer success programs and contributing to social media strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, particularly in real estate, SaaS, or related fields, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  1. 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
  2. Active experience as a Dubai real estate broker or agent with a strong regional network.
  3. Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
  4. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  5. Strong prospecting skills with a results-driven mindset.
  6. Ability to develop and execute successful business strategies in entrepreneurial environments.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Familiarity with Middle East business culture and B2B relationships.

Preferred:

  1. Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  2. Experience in social media strategy and execution.
  3. Knowledge of customer success principles.
  4. Track record of exceeding quotas and high achievement.
  5. Arabic language skills are a plus.
