Account Executive, Communications & Client Service (Dubai)

Qorvis is seeking a strategic communications professional with strong writing, research, and client service skills to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience and a background in international policy, research and analysis, public relations, media relations, campaign management, and / or content development.

The individual will support clients in the EMEA region, including government agencies, energy and commodities traders, and banks. You’ll have the chance to work on projects related to some of the most critical issues of our time : the energy transition, food security, and diplomacy in the face of an increasingly volatile geopolitical environment and global economy.

Responsibilities :

• Writing and researching a wide range of policy issues including but not limited to U.S. and EU foreign policy, energy and food security, banking and finance, and more.
• Project management and implementation of timelines and deliverables for several client accounts, including strategic plans, client reports, social media and newsletter content, media relations and press releases, and other client-facing, external, and internal materials and reports.
• Developing and producing media monitoring and social listening reports.
• Conceptualizing, drafting, and publishing articles, blog posts, and other materials for internal or external publication.
• Supporting the Dubai Managing Partner with business development and other projects as needed.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong, precise writing, research, and project management skills with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to effectively manage and execute client deliverables and reporting across several time zones
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-player mindset
• Experience on Capitol Hill or working for a U.S. government agency or embassy, a media organization, and / or a commodities trader or bank is highly desirable
• Fluency in an additional language (Arabic, French, German, Russian, or Ukrainian) is desirable but not required
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and related tools is a plus
