Develop business through direct sale channels.


MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for developing direct sales team and other channels of distribution to grow the medical and nonmedical lines of business. Actively involve managing the direct business portfolio
  • Responsible for providing high level of service to clients with the aim of developing and ensure expansion of the general insurance portfolio by means of value added services.
  • Conducting product presentations internally and externally.
  • Identifying market trends and target customers needs to review and recommend product /service offerings.
  • Working closely with underwriters to retain existing business and develop new business for both individual and corporate accounts.
  • Liaise with various channels and operational areas to ensure quality services to Medical customers.
  • Ensuring payments are collected on time
  • Preparing and conducting scheme presentations to clients with aim of providing high service levels.
  • Analyzing and evaluating internal work flow process and implementing new strategies and procedures
  • Exploring and understanding new market practices procedures and implementing procedures as applicable.
  • Quarterly/Monthly reviews with clients.

Qualifications :

  • Education/Certifications: BIBF Diploma in Insurance LOMA FLMI
  • Practical/Technical Experience: Graduate or experience of 1 or 2 years in sales/client servicing. No insurance experience required
  • Good command in English Preferably bilingual
  • Computer Skills:Computer Literate
