The Role

Reporting to a Senior Account Manager or Account Director, this role involves:

  1. Supporting the team in delivering communication projects through administrative tasks, client communication, and documentation.
  2. Managing daily client needs and providing consistent, timely updates to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  3. Learning client service and project management nuances, gaining exposure across various communication disciplines.
  4. Assisting in preparing client materials, reports, and timelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency under supervision.

You will support the team with various tasks to meet client expectations and ensure efficient project delivery. The role emphasizes learning and growth, preparing you for increased responsibilities over time.

Success will be measured by your ability to learn quickly, support the team effectively, and contribute to client satisfaction and account success.

What you’ll be doing in this role

The responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with day-to-day account management, administrative tasks, client communication, and project documentation.
  2. Maintaining client relationships through timely and accurate delivery of project materials and updates.
  3. Coordinating project logistics such as scheduling meetings and managing timelines.
  4. Supporting the creation of client-facing documents, ensuring quality and consistency.
  5. Tracking project progress, meeting deadlines, and raising concerns proactively.
  6. Gathering insights and data for client reports, ensuring organization and accessibility.
  7. Maintaining thorough project documentation, including meeting notes and feedback.
  8. Learning about client industries, project specifics, and communication strategies to enhance effectiveness.
