A leading luxury group seeks a Sales Manager for Tommy Hilfiger Watches, responsible for driving sales across Europe and Africa. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in international sales, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. This role involves training local partners, implementing marketing strategies, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
In this function, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of Tommy Hilfiger Watches in your assigned markets across Europe and Africa. This includes achieving sales targets, implementing local marketing measures, and training local partners.
To be successful in this position, you should have 2-3 years of experience within an international sales environment, ideally within the watch, FMCG, fashion, or accessories industry. You should possess solid skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
You are a fast learner, proactive, reliable, and committed to achieving results and meeting deadlines. You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured manner, and maintain a positive attitude. You are a good team player with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at various levels. You demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
