For the KSA/Dubai market, we are looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and bring expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.

What your day will look like:

  1. Achieve revenue targets on your territory (existing clients) by contacting clients, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals.
  2. Work closely with Presales team to assess prospect requirements and develop technical and commercial proposals.
  3. Proactively manage and nurture existing customers.
  4. Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

What you need to fulfill the role:

  • Outgoing, outcome-driven, results-oriented, high energy, and motivated to deliver results with a hunter mentality.
  • Persuasive with strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, autonomous, willing to step out of your comfort zone.
  • Customer-focused, proactive in follow-up, positive, flexible, problem-solving attitude, and willing to travel.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Arabic—both languages are mandatory.
  • Construction background is a plus but not mandatory.
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience in SaaS solutions.

Recruitment process:

After an initial discussion with HR in English, you will meet your future manager, followed by a case study presentation with your future team. Successful candidates will then meet the Head of Sales for Dubai/KSA. The process is targeted to be completed within 2-3 weeks.
