Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive who enjoys building and cultivating relationships with current customers and proactively opening doors in a new business environment. This role offers uncapped earning potential and is part of our dynamic sales organization, responsible for maintaining and growing existing clients and creating new sales in the Middle East. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for new logos and within our existing customer base to grow and introduce new products/tools. We provide training, development, and excellent opportunities for top performers to advance.

What will you do?

  • Create strategic, long-term relationships with corporate leaders across your territory.
  • Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
  • Conduct heavy prospecting via phone, email, marketing campaigns, and referrals, coordinating with marketing to qualify leads.
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
  • Present value propositions to key clients and senior executives to negotiate and close deals.
  • Track customer information and report on pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce.com.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and target industries.
  • Communicate effectively with management, customers, and support staff.
  • Participate in team activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing, and customer care.
  • Use a consultative approach to diagnose customer needs.
  • Close deals and acquire new customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the Office of the CFO and/or Office of the COO is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, EPM, Business Intelligence, reporting tools, budgeting, and planning solutions is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Disciplined in activity planning, goal setting, and results achievement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cold calls, proposals, and presentations.
  • Energy, drive, commitment, and passion are essential.
