A consulting firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a professional to manage client prospecting and sales in the insurance sector. Your responsibilities will include identifying leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in UAE insurance sales and excellent negotiation skills. A valid UAE driver’s license is a must.

Job Purpose

Job Purpose: Responsible in managing all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through close. This includes developing referral sources, identifying new clients that match the NASCO client profile, and ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for the practice.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying prospects through various sales channels
  • Visiting potential clients and assessing corporate insurance requirements
  • Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations
  • Preparing proposals and conducting presentations
  • Generating and servicing new accounts
  • Managing portfolio renewals and establishing relationship with customers
  • Following up for collection of payment
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance / sales in UAE
  • Valid UAE driver’s license
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
  • Tactful and smart to handle client’s objections and present solutions and options to close
  • Articulate and well versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office

  • Demonstrated track record in consistently achieving aggressive sales objectives
  • Ability to self-start and independently initiate new opportunities
