What We Are Looking For

Responsible for the smooth running of Health & Wellness accounts, including pharmaceutical clients, and delivering their advertising campaigns.

  • Able to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Plays a key role in creating advertising and creative strategies for Health & Wellness and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Thinks of new and innovative solutions to business challenges and promotes the agency’s services, especially Brand Stewardship.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical clients.
  • Shows leadership and drive in thinking of innovative solutions to business / strategic problems and in merchandising the Agency’s services (particularly Brand Stewardship).

  • Provides a clear direction for the team in support of health and wellness business objectives.

  • Ensures all brand activity aligns with agreed-upon health and wellness strategies.
  • Works to align client and agency expectations across all health and wellness projects.
  • Represents individual or team perspectives in a convincing and compelling manner when speaking or writing.
  • Understands and appreciates the financial planning process for health and wellness projects.
  • Controls costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the business implications of specific health and wellness brand activities.
  • Identifies business development opportunities and highlights them to senior management.
  • Demonstrates expertise in the health and wellness communications mix, leveraging diverse channels to deliver brand messages effectively.
  • Demonstrates excellent writing skills tailored to health and wellness communications.
  • Demonstrates strong selling skills for health and wellness solutions.
  • Executes 360 Branding strategies and utilizes all elements of the Brand Stewardship toolbox for health and wellness clients.
