Job Role Overview
In this role, you will work closely with the Executive team and be responsible for the growth of existing businesses and new business with Financial Institutions. You will collaborate with Banking and Fintech payers to increase the number of SME users/businesses across the region.

It operates through a B2B model, empowering BFSIs to serve merchants with white-labeled solutions rather than selling directly. The company is active across India, the Middle East, and Africa, with partnerships involving leading regional banks.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, negotiate deals, and manage relationships within the financial sector in GCC.
- Develop marketing and growth strategies in collaboration with other teams, focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team, focusing on customer segments from mid-market to enterprise.
- Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage daily operations, emphasizing performance.
- Provide insights from merchants in local markets.
- Enable the regional field team to build long-term business opportunities through day-to-day interactions with prospects.
- Drive partnerships to create strong referral networks that generate high-quality leads.
- Inspire, motivate, and enable personal and career development of team members to promote growth and increase business impact.

Minimum Requirements
- At least X years of progressive professional enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years in Fintech, Banks, Payments Providers/Enablers.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment; act as the single escalation point for the team's daily operations and report progress to the executive team.
- Deep understanding of payments and e-commerce, especially for SMEs.
- Strong knowledge of motivating both inbound and outbound sales teams with diverse experience and skillsets.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Managerial experience is a plus, though the role is initially individual contributor.
