A leading customer experience firm is seeking an Account Director in the United Arab Emirates to drive growth in the Public Sector using AI-driven solutions. At Genesys, our Account Directors are the catalyst behind the growth and success of the company and carry responsibility for all sales opportunities across the Enterprise business segments. As an Account Director you’ll be responsible for growth and adoption among existing accounts while securing net new customer business. You will be expected to arrive with a rigorous commitment to MEDDPICC, prospecting, market and territory development, mutual action plans, and a propensity for action. The successful seller will arrive with established relationships in our industry and further build a deep business and technical network through your knowledge of these industries’ trends and environments including the funding and procurement processes.
The Account Director’s main goal is to achieve an annual sales target together with his AE colleagues by converting as many opportunities into won business as possible. Once an opportunity has been closed, the Account Team’s role is to engage with the appropriate internal resources to help manage the initial phases of post‑sales support and ensure the implementation is set up accordingly.
