Job Description :

This position must be perceived by the customer as both customer-centric and solutions-oriented. The overall responsibility is to deliver positive, quantifiable results for our customers by demonstrating :

  • Customer Focus : Manage and optimize the overall customer experience. Leverage your network, knowledge of business processes, and sales expertise to create and nurture customer relationships and influence key decision makers.
  • Effective Selling : Collaborate with regional partners to utilize a solutions-oriented, systematic approach to upselling. Use sales best practices and Broadcom's sales methodology. Minimize churn in assigned accounts and work with partner resources to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Account Management : Effectively manage accounts to generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize account viability. Develop and execute company strategies for aligned accounts and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Knowledge and Application of Software Solutions : Understand specific products, identify solutions that meet customer needs, and position these solutions appropriately.
  • Customer Success : Maximize renewals to protect the customer base. Proactively contact accounts to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Offers Unique Perspectives : Align solutions with customer priorities, reframing their view of their business.
  • Drives Two-Way Communication : Engage customers by linking their business priorities to our value proposition. Build strong relationships with influencers and decision makers.
  • Incorporates Economic Drivers : Understand customer business, macro- and microeconomic trends, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and close deals.
  • Establishes Value Before ROI : Qualify and quantify the impact of maintaining the status quo or pursuing competitors' solutions. Uncover key issues and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drives Momentum : Proactively advance the purchase decision without rushing the customer.
  • Language Skills : Speak the native language of the assigned territory.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience; post-graduate coursework may be desirable.
  • Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience.
  • PhD with 6+ years of related experience.
