The Account Director will lead client accounts, develop strategic marketing and PR plans, ensure clients receive appropriate services, and oversee seamless campaign execution. This critical role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, a profound understanding of the PR and marketing landscape, and extensive knowledge of Web3, especially within a startup environment.
Enthusiasm for the emerging tech and Web3 space is essential.
Reporting Structure : The Account Director reports to the Managing Director. Directors participate in weekly meetings with C-level executives and are part of the decision-making team for Luna Media Corp.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the main point of contact for high-level client discussions, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Develop comprehensive PR and marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
Oversee the implementation of PR and marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
Oversee end-of-month reports drafted by account managers.
Ensure the training and development of team members.
Working Conditions :
This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote work two days per week after 3 months of joining the company. All meetings with C-level are in person when possible. Occasional travel may be required for industry events and conferences.
