Summary

Hexagon s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking an Account Development Representative.

As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you play a critical role in driving pipeline creation and business growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities for the sales team. This position focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and collaboration with Account Executives to bring new customers into our ecosystem. This position is for Levant region - Iraq, Jordan, Egypt and Pakistan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification and Scheduling: Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and social engagements to qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with Account Executives.
  • Facilitate Initial Engagements: Host introductory calls to identify potential customer interest, assess needs, and determine the next steps. Strive to meet the Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) criteria, ensuring quality over quantity.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly SAL quotas, as outlined in the annual compensation plan.
  • Innovative Prospecting Strategies: Develop and implement creative social prospecting, social selling, and email outreach strategies to increase lead engagement and meeting scheduling success.
  • Proactive Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospects who do not yet meet the SAL criteria to nurture relationships, uncover new opportunities, and explore alternative engagement paths within their organization.
  • Product and Market Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the ALI product offerings, key value propositions, and buyer personas specific to assigned industry segments.
  • Sales Tools and Processes: Master all sales tools and adhere to established processes, including strict adherence to Salesforce data management and etiquette standards within the Inside Sales Department.
  • Account-Based Prospecting: Execute prospecting strategies aligned with assigned accounts and the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) using the ALI Account-Based Prospecting methodology. Leverage provided account assignments and profiles to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Documentation and Adaptability: Access and utilize detailed account profiles and playbooks in the SDR Playbook Folder (Google Drive). Stay adaptable to updates in processes or goals as outlined by the organization.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives to prioritize and target key accounts, accelerating pipeline growth and facilitating the acquisition of new customers (new logos).

Education / Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats.
  • Proven experience or aptitude in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and engaging with prospects across various channels.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, along with other sales enablement platforms.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to evolving strategies and targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in a sales or marketing capacity.
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Team player and team work attitude.
